Everything was smooth from making an appt online, to check in and having the service completed. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, friendly and low key. No urging me to have other things tweaked or fixed. Added bonus: it was pouring when I arrived and when I left but the drop off/pick up is done in a covered area so I did not get splashed with even a drop of rain.
